Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time.
  • The activity may be postponed or rescheduled if weather or trail conditions are considered unsafe.
  • If the activity is canceled by the operator due to safety or operational reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a refund according to the booking conditions.
