In 2017, Wayan approached us and asked if we would like to go on a tour with him. At first, we were a little skeptical, but we decided to give it a chance – and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made!

We ended up spending four more days with him, exploring the beautiful traditional side of Ubud and its surroundings on scooters. It was an unforgettable experience, full of amazing places, laughter, and wonderful memories.

In 2020, we returned to Bali and were lucky enough to spend more unforgettable time with Wayan and his lovely family. What started as a simple tour with a local guide turned into a beautiful friendship that continues to this day.

We have recommended Wayan to around eight of our friends who have visited Bali, and every single one of them came home saying the same thing:

“Thank you so much for the recommendation! That was the best tour of our lives!”

And honestly, we couldn’t agree more.

Wayan didn’t just make our Bali holidays special – he became a part of our lives. His kindness, warmth, genuine care, and the love he shares with his family make him so much more than a tour guide.

From the bottom of our hearts, with pure gratitude: Thank you, Wayan, for all the beautiful memories and for being such a wonderful friend.

We can’t wait to see you again. ❤️

With love and gratitude,

Your friends from Germany 🇩🇪

P.S. He speaks excellent English and takes amazing photos too! 📸😂❤️

I have hired Wayan a few times now and he always goes the extra mile to make your time in Bali special. He has a deep local knowledge of places and culture and is happy to share it with you.

The second time I used his services, I asked him what restaurant would be nice to propose to my now wife and he not only recommended an excellent local place with waterfall views and amazing food and staff, he even hung around to make sure it all went smoothly!

I don’t just consider him my guide in Ubud, I consider him my friend.

I had a few trips with Wayan and sendet already more than 10 friends to him. Been always an amazing experience. He is super friendly and a very good photographer. The best Guide in Bali! Highly recommended!!

Wayan was our driver during our recent trip to Bali. He is kind, friendly and a really safe driver. He seems to be well liked by the tour and activity operators and shares his knowledge and tips for a great holiday.

International holidays are made so much easier and stress free when you have someone like Wayan to organise things and to ask questions of. We would definitely recommend his business and will use him next time we visit Bali.
